Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Please come prepared with all necessary information and ideas. This will allow for a productive and efficient consultation. Please visit your selected Creative’s page for a more comprehensive list.
All consultations will be allotted a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals or extension time if needed.
Cancellation policies
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow time for others to claim the booking space.
Please check your selected Creative’s page for information about late cancellations and no-show fees. All appointments will be considered a “no-show” after 15 minutes.
Payment policies
Your selected Creative may or may not choose to offer free consultations. Most will require a deposit for services. For a more comprehensive view of pricing for your desired service(s), please visit their page.
Some Creatives may choose to offer discounts to those eligible.
